What do quilting, embroidery, lace doilies and fun have in common? They all happen inside the hoop!

Join us for 2 days of fun and adventure as you explore new techniques combining embroidery, quilting while using your embroidery software... and your hoops in ways you never have before. This unique 2 day program (detailed below) will put a new twist on such classics as an Amish diamond quilt block and a lace doily.

DAY 1: Embroidered Amish Diamond Quilt Block

This simple block is the perfect template for embellishment. We will customize it with floral embroidery and a custom-digitized appliqué. The simple digitizing and practical hooping techniques will make this and your future embroidery projects more fun... and easier!

This Project is suited to all machines with a large hoop.

DAY 2: Eccentric Lace: A Doily Enters the Third Dimension

Think outside the box... all inside the hoop!

Using your embroidery software and Jumbo hoop, you will create a one-of-a-kind wall hanging with an actual 3D effect. By combining simple shapes with an innovative (and easy!) in-the-hoop quilting technique, you will make a unique and intriguing piece... while having fun. Promise!

This Project is suited to all machines with a Jumbo hoop and will scale perfectly for machines with a large hoop.
