10+ Presser Feet/Techniques

Try this fun way of sewing, embracing your creativity while learning useful techniques that can be used in a variety of sewing situations. Mini art quilts are no-stress projects that can be as simple or as complex as you want. This class explores multiple ways to create mini art quilts, and you will leave the class with your own unique quilt.

Students will bring their own machine for this hands-on class. Please check the supply list on our website for everything you need to bring to the class.

Location: BrightWorks Coworking (3027 Miller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103)
Class Fee: $120.00, includes lunch
Kit Fee: $20.00, Payable in cash to Susan on the day of the class. The kit includes all fabrics, threads, batting, and stabilizers as needed for the techniques plus assorted notions such as buttons, charms, ribbons, cords, etc.

Susan has loved creating with fabric, needle and thread since she was a child. For 20+ years, she worked for BERNINA as an editor and educator and is the editor of the BERNINA Series of Big Books. Susan is the owner of Sewfeet.com, a website that features projects and tutorials for a variety of sewing techniques, paying particular attention to presser feet and attachments that can help you sew better, faster, and more creatively!
